Tree Pose 🌳
Stand tall like a tree, feeling rooted and strong. Imagine your feet are roots growing deep into the earth while your arms sway like branches in the breeze.

Downward Dog 🐕
Stretch like a happy puppy, reaching towards the sun. Wiggle your tail and take big puppy breaths as you make an upside-down V shape.

Cobra Pose 🐍
Slither and stretch like a friendly snake! Lift your head and chest, imagining you're a cobra peeking out of its basket.

Butterfly Pose 🦋
Sit with your feet together and flutter your knees like butterfly wings. Watch as your butterfly takes flight!
Pranayama Power ✨
Breathing is like a superpower that helps our body and mind feel amazing! These special yoga breathing exercises teach us how to feel calm, energized, and focused.
Inhale 🌸
Take a big, deep breath in through your nose, like you're smelling a beautiful flower. Feel your belly grow round like a balloon and your chest rise up toward the sky.
Exhale ☁️
Let the air flow out slowly through your mouth, like you're gently blowing on a hot cup of cocoa. Feel your shoulders relax and your whole body become soft and peaceful.
